FROM FILE TO FINISHED
Need a JPG for an application, an email, or a website? Convert your PNG locally, choose the balance between detail and file size, and get a ready-to-use image. Transparent areas become white.
Drop a PNG into the converter or select one from your device. Your image is opened in your browser; it is not uploaded to a server.
Use a higher quality for fine detail or a lower quality for a smaller file. Check the result before you save it.
Save the converted image to your device. The original PNG stays untouched, so you can try another setting whenever you need.
SMALL TOOL. USEFUL DIFFERENCE.
Create JPG files for forms, publishing tools, and everyday apps that do not accept PNG. JPG and JPEG are names for the same image format.
Photos often become much smaller as JPGs. A visible quality control helps you choose how much detail to keep; results depend on the image.
AillFor processes the image on your device with your browser. There is no image upload, account requirement, or installation.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Answers before you hit download.
JPG does not support transparency. This converter places the image on a white background, so transparent and partly transparent areas are combined with white. Keep PNG or use WebP if you need transparency.
No. JPG works especially well for photographs, but logos, screenshots, and simple graphics can be more efficient as PNG. The result depends on the image and the quality you choose. Compare the output size before downloading.
If a form has a strict file limit, use Compress to Size and choose 100 KB with JPG output. That tool searches for a quality and image size that fit the limit, instead of asking you to guess the best quality setting.
